Settlement in UK

UK allows migrants who have spent a sufficient time period in the UK to apply for settlement. Such permission is known as Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). As everyone is well aware of UK’s policies against any criminal activities, such activities can cause the cancellation of Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).

Indefinite Leave to Remain may be granted to those people who have previously held a UK visa in a category that leads to settlement. The applicants are not allowed to spend more than 2 years outside the UK and they should consider UK as their main home. Applicants may be eligible for a returning resident visa if they spent more than 2 years outside the UK and have a good reason for their absence. We can assist with all types of settlement applications including the following:

  • Apply to settle in the UK
  • Apply for a Returning Residence Visa
  • Apply for a Confirmation of Your Citizenship
  • Replace your Residence Stamp with a Biometric Residence Permit
  • Settlement as a refugee or humanitarian protection
  • Apply for Permanent Residence as a Victim of Domestic Violence
